Activation Administrator
Responsibilities: Answering sponsor questions related to site capabilities/activation, conducting pre-study visits with pharmaceutical companies, facilitating physician review of incoming study protocols, maintaining the status of all trials in activation, participating in leadership discussions regarding the development of future tools for study activation, and spearheading projects that come from these discussions. Here, I have developed a database that allows our teams to track and share information on all trials in early activation. This database and the corresponding front-end elements facilitate efficient communication between staff who have hands in activation. I am now working on further projects/updates to this system to create a more efficient activation process for our CTO.
Startup Regulatory Coordinator
Responsibilities: Managing the regulatory progress of the trial through various committees and reviews during study startup. This job required collaboration and communication with sponsors, IRB coordinators, program managers, Investigators, and other members of the CTO team.
Research Assistant
LCSRG is a research group exploring varied research topics (e.g., Language, Learning, Mental Health, and other behavior modeling topics) united under the behavior analytic approach. Responsibilities: Managing the start-up of studies, managing research personnel coordination for studies, interacting with participants, collecting, and analyzing data, attending conferences, preparing, and presenting research findings, brainstorming research ideas with others, and helping to solve problems creatively.
